Bought a rose gold bracelet here 2 years ago, paid almost $4000 and I called recently to ask for a trade in or a sale and they didn’t want to help me out. When i reached out to the jewelers they can only buy it ad gold so DY aint worth anything. Stay away, save your dollars!

Have bought over 15k in David Yurman products and this store would not replace my recently purchase black onyx bead bracelet that was far too big. They would not replace and mentioned that because there was a small white mark on the bead that it could not be replaced or exchanged. The staff wasn’t really inviting and seemed like we were attempting to con the store out of a bracelet.

Wow! Usually I just order everything online when purchasing from David Yurman but I will definitely be coming in moving forward. The staff was amazing, Harvard was very knowledgeable and made me feel at home! They gift wrapped my girlfriends birthday gift and even added a David Yurman cookie ??? Definitely would recommend checking out the Bal harbour location.

I went to David Yurman’s store in Bal Harbor mainly just intent on finding a nice new necklace.. & the inventory was spectacular! The customer service was also terrific, and I have to spotlight one employee Gregorio Gonzalez for being especially helpful for me.. he was very welcoming showing me around the store & he assisted me greatly in finding exactly what I was looking for.This was a very ‘comfortable’ environment to make my purchase today, and the entire staff was very patient- and more over, the merchandise is top-notch.I recommend anyone looking for beautiful, quality jewelry- which comes in an assortment of metals, beads, or styles (rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, pendants)- to go here! ~ Jamal

I have such great things to say about my experience at the store. Colleen is my sales associate and every time I go in she makes visiting the store such a nice experience. I’m a nurse I work so hard and like to buy a treat for myself here and there at the store. I love the brand but what makes me come back is that Colleen makes me feel right at home and even helps me pick options that I would of not normally picked but love. I usually buy an item and leave knowing what I want my next on my wish list. I always come in with my husband and 7 year old son and they make us all feel welcomed. Many places in Bal harbor don’t openly welcome small children. It’s a small thing but definitely something a mom notices while shopping and it’s helps you relax and shop with ease, this store definitely goes out of its way to not make you feel intimidated to go in and just enjoy the time you step in to shop.
