I live between this Chanel store and a Saks store with a Chanel.I was looking for the double compact miroir to gift my sister and one for myself. Per customer service it was in stock at this store.I asked customer service would it be ok to return an item I purchased from Saks there since I was heading there—I was told yes.Upon entering the store, I explained to the the advisor Hannah what I was looking for and we started to walk around the store and that is when I noticed that security guard that was at the door was LITERALLY following us around.The fact that he thought I would not noticed is laughable.Upon checking out, I handed the earrings to the advisor I wanted to return and she had her manager come up to examine them.I literally purchased the earrings on 12/10 and I was at the store on 12/17.The manager came and examined the earrings and he stated “they are fine”. He sounded like he was annoyed that she had him come over to examine them.Nevertheless, she rang up my new purchases and started to process the refund. She stopped and stated that she needed to confirm with the manager if it was ok to return the earrings, since it was from Saks.She returned and advised me that per her manager, they could only exchange them.I decided to not challenge her, since the obvious issue is that I was a black woman shopping at Chanel and had the audacity to try to return something.I literally charged close to 10k on my credit card on Chanel items in from 12/10-12/17. SMDH!I called customer service after I left the store and I was told there was no valid reason why they could not accept my return. I told her I could think of one.I am still fuming and thinking about next steps.

Jon was the best customer service associate ever! My wife has been dreaming of buying a Chanel bag for some time now. He was extremely personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about the brand. He spent a solid 3 hours going through every bag and finding the perfect one for her to stay in her budget and the things she was looking for in a purse. After finding the perfect purse, he then helped her find the wallet to match. He did not put any pressure on her to make any purchases. He made the process so smooth and made her feel like a valued customer. She says he made her a Chanel customer for life and she only wants to buy future Chanel purchases from him and we live in Ohio. He is the SA you want to shop with in Miami!

Beautiful boutique with a wonderful selection ! The service was great but would recommend coming on a day when they are less crowded so you have a more personalized shopping experience. Had to come in for an earring repair and Stephanie was a pleasure to work with ! The best service I have ever received at Chanel and would highly recommend anyone to work with her when needing repairs . Was offered water and given wonderful service which I was not expecting just for a repair but was a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend this store and to work with Stephanie !

Amazingly bad and rude customer service. I decided to wait in line to get a classic black card holder. The chinese lady attending to me started making faces, sighing, getting irritated because i did not like any of the colors they have. I was upfront that i wanted black in caviar classic. She was very impatient that i just decided not to get the chanel 19 black card holder in smooth leather. Terrible. I went to ysl and lv instead.
