I recommend working with Dylan from this Bulgari. I purchased a piece for my wife, but at the time they did not have a 2nd item she wanted. It was old out nationally and no longer available. Dylan followed up 2 weeks later after finding one in another location for me. Further, it arrived the day before I flew out with my wife for her birthday and was unable to get to the store that day. He hand delivered the product to our home. Amazing service - of course the jewelry (necklace, bracelet) was lovely as in any location, and a good whisky and glass of champagne didn't hurt, but Dylan and his team exceeded expectations so it's no wonder he has been with them for so long. Great job!

Usually love Bvulgari! However, I did not have a great experience in this store. The manager was really judgemental and he did not even try to help me (about a size exchange of a NEW and never worn item!)

It's no wonder that this shopping mecca is one of the most popular malls in the world. People flock from all over the globe to shop here and the experience is truly second to none. The best stores, the best selection, the best customer service, the best parking, the best restaurants, the best landscaping...clean, convenient and a great way to shop till you drop. The waterfall sounds that surround are soothing, the breezes keep you cool even on the hottest days and you will discover rare luxury goods and collector's items you can't find anywhere else. Every sales associate I've met goes the extra mile and makes the experience that much more incredible. A must for luxury shopping in The Sunshine State.

Nicest mall in the USA, well manicured gardens and the stores are well stocked. They usually have unique pieces. My kids adore the koi fish in the fountains. highly recommended.

This is my favorite mall; the food, shopping, and macarons are great! I've been here 3 times and have had a pleasant experience every time. They have every designer store you could wish for: Chanel, Van Cleef & Arpels, AP, etc. They have the friendliest sales associates that I have ever encountered. The girl at Rag and Bone was very sweet, the girls at Intermix were extremely helpful, and the girl at AP was so sweet. I actually still keep in touch with a sales associate and make purchases over the phone! The mall is so beautiful to look at. The Koi ponds, the palm trees, the cleanliness. The stores are all well sized and very organized. The best part is that they have a Ladurée! I also really like the variety of restaurants. Carpaccio was great and Le Zoo pretty good.

This is a very, very fancy shopping center. It's a well-known shopping plaza in the heart of Bal Harbor known for amazing designers, dreamy fashion, and high price tags! Parking is super easy- pull up, press button, and take a ticket. Drive into the parking garage, and go for it. I've never seen it so crowded that I couldn't find parking on the first floor. It's always super easy! If you do decide to dine at one of the fine establishments here, don't forget to have your parking validated. It won't be free, but it will be discounted! We love the Houston's located here, as well as Makoto- a super high end sushi place. Both are a worthy splurge! Shopping departments like Saks abs Neimens are inside, in addition to the Fifth Avenue-esque stores. Rolex, Gucci, LV, YSL, etc. It's all here! The Saks does have a nice sale section and I have found many good deals inside. The atmosphere is outside, so if it's raining, it might not be the best day to come. They have large koi ponds, and a stunning tropical landscape. It's truly a beautiful place to look it!

Beautifully landscaped open air shopping mall (with fans and misters to cool you even on hot Florida days), with just about every luxury store chain from around the world. The drawbacks are paying for parking and the somewhat attitudinal staff of the mall itself. First the good then the not-so...It is gorgeously landscaped with tropical foliage and modernist pools, fountains, even koi under a transparent sidewalk. Actually a fairly old shopping mall that has been updated continuously over the decades, the place retains the same glamor today it did decades ago. It can be enormously fun shopping, eating and people-watching here. Shopping runs the gamut of every swanky brand from around the globe. For the jewelry stores, there are quite friendly large guys in smart suits near the door, obviously armed security guards. The dining has improved quite a lot in recent years, with a good range of options these days. The one drawback is the parking system. Perhaps it is elitism, but why have a paid parking deck in a non-congested area? Especially if you have stores selling things priced higher than a new luxury car? Validated parking ticket only gets you a discount, not free parking HUH?Even cheap ole' Joe isn't that much of a nickle-and-dimer, and that seems annoying enough to drive an extra half mile to Aventura. Logistically it's silly too, causing back-ups at peak times in and out off busy streets.

Money can't buy class. Yes, the Bal Harbour Shops has a lot of high end stores, but despite the amount of money going around, their is very little manners to be seen. Almost every single store had a 6'4", 320lb man guarding the front door, and as you even walked by to look, they'd stare me down. I felt intimidated to even look into one, let alone walk in. Another example; I accidentally bumped into a waiter (or he bumped into me) at Le Zoo, to which I instinctively said, "excuse me". As he turned away, he rolled his eyes without speaking a word. Classless. Rude. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Parking is $10 per hour without validation, but if you have your parking ticket validated, it's only $1.50/hour. I got some chocolates from upstairs on the third floor, and that way I saved a few bucks on parking. It's a bit much. The A/C situation is also pretty bad, especially for a place in Florida, they need to do better. To be frank, I just didn't find this place somewhere I'd go to again. There are plenty of places you can go which are just as nice, and the workers there don't think they are hot stuff.

I like BH shopping. The place is not huge but it packs a mighty punch. Versace, Fendi, Gucci, Saks, and Neiman Marcus are some of my go-to spots. Food is plenty with a nice assortment of restaurants. All in All it is must visit if only for a few hours and a nice meal.
