This store is not only expensive but also has a longstanding problem with air conditioning—it has been out of service for more than a month. This makes shopping extremely uncomfortable because it is impossible to try on clothes comfortably. I really feel sorry for the employees who have to work under these conditions, standing overheated and sweaty. The lack of management intervention and problem-solving is very disappointing. Such a situation does not reflect well on the store and makes one reconsider whether it is worth shopping here.
