Unpleasant experience, I visited on 10/21 with a friend. There were two women and the store was empty, they didn't acknowledge our presence but one of the associates followed us around the store and didn't offer any help. If this is the culture of the brand I'll never purchase from here.

Disgusting customer service I experienced 9/17/23. Walked in to see if I could get my sunglasses repaired; was told I could just go to any optic to get them fixed. The saleswomen then asked if we wanted to go see any others and we followed. After browsing the store and not finding anything worthy of buying, we decided to thank the sales woman, where she spoke back to use in a very rude tone and processed to almost kick us out of the store. A very disgusting and unprofessional manner to treat previous customers.

I had the most amazing experience today in the store and prior to even getting there. I called about a specific issue I had with wanting to exchange a bag I received as a gift and Krishna, the collection specialist was most helpful and patient with me. When I got to the store she had the bags ready for me to see that I specifically mentioned I was interested in and she assisted me in choosing the best for my lifestyle. The store general manager Mariana was also helpful and patient with me suggesting her opinion to help me choose which color and bag. Both were kind, patient, knowledgeable and honest. I have traveled all over the world and shopped in many designer stores, this team at this location by far sets the bar highest! If only every store had these women them to help clients! I highly recommend this location for Bottega Veneta purchases!

The selections in the store are very limited but again that could be due to the high demand on their products. The sales associate from Brazil was super nice and very helpful (misplaced his card but sure it’s on the receipt somewhere) I would give him a 10 stars if it was possible.

Lester Gutierrez the sales associate was attentive from the time we enter the store. So many places like Saks and Neiman's just ignore customers based on looks or how someone is dressed. The store has a great selection and Lester helped provide product guidance and suggestions. We were looking for shoes and he took the time to show us belts but we never felt pressured. He offered us something drink while we shopped. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant for us to eat dinner. The service was impeccable compared to the high end department stores where the clerks tend to be only concerned with people they think are wealthy or are going to spend money. Here we felt right at home and never pressured.

The quality of these bags and accessories are top notch. Quilted hand made bags with a great variation and stylish colors are found in this store. The personal is kind and helpful.

The worst experience ever,I purchased in Bottega Veneta store sunglass ,i skrached it,i went to copule companies to repair it,but they told but they my sunglasses have special glasses that no one have and i have to come back to the Boutique.So i went to there store,and they told me they can't repair it because they don't ....repair!They dont have this parts,so it is my problem and they dont care,when i ask them to contact main office,it they call back only the day after,and advice me to clean my sunglasses with some product,so the sckratch would be less visible!!!awesome answer for the glasses almost 500$!i said again im ready to pay but pls repair it,i even dont ask to make it for free.Answer sorry we cant help.One more time i ask me if may be they know some company who can change glasss, they answer go google.So i cant tell u this is the worst customer service i ever have,i mean this company dont have customer service at all,i would recommend or choose other brand if you want just a little respect or care to yourself or go buy in neiman maecus or saks but not boutiques because this stores have higher quality of stuff working there and customer service 10 levels higher,who will treat u much better,and defenetly help or simply exchange this piece.again worst experience ever.
