It exudes luxury and class.Thank you to Andrea for making me feel welcome and accommodating my requests from the very first time I walked into the store. She is professional and easy with whom to talk.The entire team has always acknowledged me with a hello and welcome back. That does not always happen with other brands. Everyone is a great ambassador for Balmain.

I purchased a bag for over 2,000 dollars … a tiny little screw that hold one of the straps on broke.This tiny little screw is unique to Balmain so nobody can fix it.Your company refuses to give me a screw which I will fix it myselfSo now this is what I needed to do… actually not sure if I want to promote your brand on my arm!I’m really shockedStores were Fort Lauderdale and Miami locations and Jada with on line customer care!

So disappointed with Balmain Having spent thousands on a jacket, I lost a button and sadly no spares came with it. I have been in conversation with customer services and they are refusing to send me 1 button. Can’t believe their customer care is so appalling. Shame on you balmain
