Stopped by Kingline today for some parts, and dealt with Sonya and Simon. Can I give them 10 stars? They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and both of them went way above and beyond all expectations. Don’t go anywhere else if you value exceptional service.

Don't do business with this company, we had a terrible experience and have talked to others with similar experiences.If you're buying equipment don't go third party, save yourself the headache and go with a company that sells only their brand, that way you can deal directly with the company, not a dealer "talking" with a manufacturer without your knowledge.Thumbs down, bad business.

Poor business ethics, slow and ignorant help even from the management. No one knows anything, supposedly, they are always unsure of what is going on but somehow have a machine for almost a year, still doesn't run but somehow able to do over 15k in warranty work. Needless to mention it was purchased thru them, it's been nonstop nonsense thru these peoples mouths.They all talk to you like they are helping but they really aren't because its part of the practice. That's why no one ever "cares" about my serious issue such as my business hurting because of their neglect and deceptive business. it's clear what kind of business they are running. Avoid at all cost or it will be forever cost for you .Attorney involved now and I highly advise you to do the same if you have experienced incompetence or deceptive business practice from Kingline Cantonment or BakerThis company is trash

Very poor service from the parts department, it’s been 3 weeks now to just get a belt in from other store only 40 miles away, get same story out of her every time call, it should be here today, will call once it is in, no call backs, could of just ordered it online and got it 3 days later, so much for trying to help out our local businesses, will just stick with ordering parts myself I guess. I even had to look up part number for her online so she could find it, use to have very good service from this store but not lately.

Just bought a tractor from them and it was top notch customer service from Kris at Kingline. Kris went above and beyond multioke times from getting a third valve kit installed prior to purchase and even met my transport driver at the dealership after hours on a Friday night so I didn't have to wait until Monday for delivery. Would absolutely buy from them again and work with Kris.

You could of atleast returned my phone call. I was a pharmacy technician, how hard is it too order parts for a tractor supply chain. The parking lot is always empty when I drive by, it can't be that busy.

I had an amazing experience at the Baker location! I purchased a new tractor from Amanda and she was very knowledgeable about the equipment she was selling. I myself work in sales and it is refreshing to see someone that takes pride in making sure the customer has the best buying experience possible. Great job whoever hired this young lady!

Had a great experience here! I bought a new tractor from Amanda in sales and she was amazing! This was nothing like a car dealership, so do not worry about all the nonsense. We agreed on a price and that was it, there were no surprises at the end or any of the usual BS the customer has to deal with. Amanda also gave a great demonstration on the tractor and delivered it to my house herself! Talk about customer service. Thanks for the great experience Kingline, you got yourself a repeat customer!
