I drive to Bagdad from East Milton in order to use this Post Office. They are the most wonderful Post Office! Best customer service! Absolutely wonderful! They make me feel like I am a friend!
UPDATE 4-9-24
I moved to Jay Florida in 2021 so I have not been going to Bagdad post office since 2022 so I don't know how the service is now.

Since day one of walking into this post office, I’ve experienced 5plus star’s customer service and support. The 3 people that works in this location have been amazing. Always a pleasure and positive energy whenever I go in. We are new to the area and the past year the has always been a smile, I go into this location several times a week all different times. I appreciate the service I received and they even offer my grandson stickers which makes his day. It’s the smallest things that helps make a difference.

Steve and Colleen were very nice and helpful. I am traveling and had a package sent via general delivery and they made it so easy for me to collect my package and reassured me they would hold it until I got there. Thank you both!

Middle aged blond lady working at this location on Saturdays is very rude and hateful for no reason at all. Never understood how people can be so hateful to people it’s upsetting.

Some go out of their way to help you, others just don’t have time because they are run ragged. They definitely need more staff on duty every day they’re open. With people coming from all over Milton to this little post office, because they won’t deal with Milton office, this little post office was never meant to be a big town office. We need more staff and a bigger post office if this continues.

Simply the BEST post office. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Danny is the greatest!!! Only issue I have is it’s such a good office, everyone far and wide comes to this little post office, because it’s so good, and overwhelms the staff, especially at Christmas. Don’t stand in line griping because it’s taking to long. Not with me in line, you’ll get a earful!I wish other local post office’s could send employees there to train and see how a post office should be ran. Then we could have our little post office back to ourselves!

The Bagdad Post Office always has a great selection of pretty stamps, I hardly ever have to wait, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Love it!
