I do not recommend this shameful dealership at all, I made an appointment online on the PC for an oil change and the date arrived and they didn't even call at all and when I call them back they don't have the complete information about the appointment., online it has services that do not provide reality, simply do not put your trust in this terrible facility so that they give respect and love to your vehicle

Had the best experience when purchasing my jeep with Huston! Angie was AWESOME to work with. She always had answers and went above and beyond to help make this a smooth process. Everything was done online and over the phone and they even delivered my jeep to my house and picked up the trade at the same time. I can't ask for better then that and I will use them again and reccomend Angie and Huston to family and friends....thank you all for such and easy process! And by the way, I absolutely LOVE my jeep, it has every bell and whistle I wanted in it! Thank you!

Took our camperized van in for service last week. First of all it took the 5 hours to put new tires on, a service I've waited for in the past. When we picked up our van , the shuttle driver was curious to see it. My husband went in to pay, and I opened the sliding door to show the driver. I noticed right away that 4 items that had been on the counter were on the floor. (A box of Kleenex, a box of vitamins, a box with a back-up camera and a non-slip mat. I didn't think too much about it thinking that perhaps they put it on them on the floor so they wouldn't fall? A couple days later we're on the road and we hear something rolling around in the back. (We hadn't driven the van any real distance for the past week, and we've been staying in a house). I found a dart shaft. I thought that was weird. When I opened the drawer to put it back I noticed that the drawer to two drawers had obviously fallen out. Everything was mixed up, in the wrong drawers etc. There was damage to the laminate on the top drawer. The drawers are held by magnet, which had given way once before (in the thousands of miles we've driven) when we were in the steep mountain roads in New Mexico. After that we added Velcro to hold them, and haven't had the problem since. Travelling through Texas, Louisiana, and all around the coasts of Florida. In addition there was some kind of plastic tool in there that neither I or my husband had ever seen before. To get that drawer to fall out, would have required a sharp left turn at a speed of at least 20 mph. No one mentioned anything to us. I currently have all my cutlery (which was every which way in the drawer) in the dishwasher. Not impressed.

Purchased a vehicle with assistance from Chris Sanchez and it was such a pleasant experience. He was very informative and provided information quickly. He worked with my needs and financial situation amazingly and found a vehicle for me that was better than I was expecting to get. I’ve bought three vehicles now through Huston and will return in the future if I ever find myself needing one. Highly recommend Chris and Huston!

Customer service was fantastic, We felt welcomed and comfortable! Besides the facth that we left the lot with a great Car, they had accommodations for our active baby while we waited (Which meant the world to us). I will recommend this dealership to friends forever!
