I never really had a problem with the post office until recently at one point they seem like they needed some workers so around Christmas time I sent a nice Christmas package off to my grandbaby and of course she never got the package how ever the system goes they lied said it was dropped off they didn't even try to help me or convastat me just believe watever they really need to do more investigation when things like this happen my feelings still hurt about and I will never sending anything off

Driver speeding at twice the speed limit in our over 55 community on 2/17/24 at 1:33pm after already driving by twice. These POS drivers continously speed on weekends endangering our residents by operating fed government vehicles in a wreck less manner.

I constantly get 8 to 10 pieces a mail each week, that doesn't even belong to me because the lazy postal worker doesn't bother reading the correct name or address, And other neighbors bring me my mail that ends up in their mailbox, and I also end up missing a lot of mail that never makes it here. This is the worst mail service I have ever had in my life. If I could rate it a zero that's what it deserves not even a one star.

If i could give a 0 stars i would.I placed an order was supposed to be delivered a month ago. I went into their website to see if it was delivered they delivered it 10 days ago to the wrong address and the people keep telling me that they didn't receive anything under my name but it showed delivered there. I am very un happy with the postal service in this area.

The clerks & all staff are always helpful and friendly and I just could not understand how anybody could possibly ever write a bad review about any of them in there. They are truly what you would expect from a small town post office good old-fashioned service.

I have lived here for a year with constant mail pick up & delivery issues. Its obvious the postmaster don't care about the residents or there's not one. However, this is federal and shouldn't be played with. you can't contact them without going online and waiting for them to contact you 3 business days later which, I'm sure will never happen. How do you deliver mail but leave the mail for pick up in the box with the RED FLAG up for 3 days straight.

I swear everyone that work there doesn’t deserve their jobs this fourth time this month that my package has come up missing every time maybe if you trained your people right they’ll do better.

Mail person never puts package in door on Lanai. Found my package on top of garbage pail on the opposite side of the house where there is no door. Plus it rained and package got wet.Terrible customer service.

The old lady Kim, glasses and brown hair acted as if she didn’t want to do her job. Very incompetent and lazy.
