Dee cut my hair this week. It is the best cut I have had in years. I am an outdoor person who water skis, swims, and works with horses. I need for my hair to look good when it drys naturally and blows in the wind. I finally got a cut that accomplishes that.

Came in yesterday to get a gel fill and to fix a broken nail. 3 hours later I walked out ready to cry. Mrs. Beverly and her assistant although very nice have a bantering technique that I did not enjoy. Her assistant insisted she did not want to do my nails. She continued through the process repeating she did not like doing my nails. She made me feel like I was a burden. Mrs. Beverly in return assured her she needed the practice. In the end my nails were cut and filed too short. The polish was a mess. There was one lady Mrs. Elma that stepped in and tried to repair the damage they did but it was too late. Bottom line 3 ladies worked on my nails. 2 of them failed and 1 person can't carry a team. The owner did hear my complaints and I appreciate that but unfortunately it's not a place I would go back to. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that Mrs. Elma tried to help and Mrs. Tammy (owner) heard me out.

An excellent local spot in the heart of downtown Avon Park. Great staff and message therapist is very knowledgeable in her field. Give this place a try and support local business.

Walked in, asked about a full set and pedicure and was told by an employee that they weren't interested. Don't waste your time with rude nail techs, go anywhere else.
