Unit was dark, no carts , and mold all around the a.c unit also when I moved in the manager pretty much harassed me because she claimed I had chemicals spill in my unit and it was mold and mildew from theyre ac unit. I had to drive from frostproof to avon park just to get them to stop calling about theyre mold problem.

Staff is courteous and willing to work with you. The units prices are very fair, and they are clean and easy to access.

Easy, hassle-free, inexpensive, and friendly staff. The ONLY problem was there was no access to your unit after 8 p.m. The time was I conveniencing due to having to drive to Avon Park after work hours and it being closed by then.
