If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had a funeral service for my uncle today and after ordering the flowers for over $130 they only read the first line and not anything else nor who the flowers were from. The staff did the same thing to other family members who purchased flowers and requested the publishing at the ceremony who were immediate family members. We were all completely disappointed and will not recommend again.

Sean Banks funeral home was so professional on January 27, 2024.During the process of my mom passing. Dr. Banks assured our family everything would be fine and it was. He put our family mind at ease, he communicated clearly throughout the entire process.AFFORDABLE, AFFORDABLE, AFFORDABLE. I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH.Dr. Banks is NOT all about the money, he’s about ensuring you and your love ones have a smooth, beautiful, memories that you will forever remember.At the funeral one of his staff stood by my side the entire time and I appreciated that because I was not strong enough to get through the service. He had two people sang and blow the roof off that everyone continues to talked about to this day.Dr. Banks and his team presented us with a beautiful blanket in memory of our mom that attendees of our funeral asked to purchased some.When I tell you Sean Banks funeral home exceeded our expectations. They were so professional I asked for a job…LOL.My mom looked like an angel is the casket and everyone who attended was pleased. Attendees and people who didn’t attended keep talking about my mom funeral.I’m glad my mom Pastor recommended Sean Banks Funeral Home.Dr. Banks and team YOU ROCK!!You are simply the best!!Thank you for an amazing funeral and creating a beautiful memory that our family will cherish.

Sean Banks funeral home was very professional with the passing of my grandmother . Our family was very impressed with Dr. Banks and his team. There was a gentleman who sang during the funeral, which made us feel like they were apart of our family too. We all felt comfortable and confident during the process. Our family and friends were very appreciative for their kind hearts and professionalism.Thank you Dr. Banks and team.- Definitely would recommend to others during their time of need.

Sean A Banks Mortuary was very professional and the family was highly pleased with the respect and honor that was shown for Kathleen Wint. The mortuary did a excellent job on her body. I am the pastor of her daughter Ashley Chears and she express how she and her family was very impressed with their professionalism and care for family. While preparing for one of the toughest times in our life- the burial of my Mother, it was with great comfort that our family chose such a compassionate and professional funeral director and staff. From the moment we arrived at the office we just felt that we had made the right decision. Mr. Banks took the time and care to speak with each member present to gain a true sense of who my Mother is and that was captured throughout his service to the family and friends. The personal care was amazing. The attendant Laura ensured we were hydrated and provided the true essence of an “Usher” and it was appreciated. It’s rare to find such empathy and consideration in a funeral service but we couldn’t have made our Mom prouder. I would recommend Sean A Banks Mortuary and Cremation Service to everyone who needs to experience professionalism with care!

My mother was laid to rest in December of 2021. She was my heart; my angel. The decision my sister and I made to allow Banks Mortuary to prepare her body was the best decision we could have made!The way my mother was laid to rest was so absolutely professional. Had I not known she passed, I would have just thought she was taking a nap! Their attention to detail was very precise!Mr. Banks was extremely caring and professional throughout the entire process! I’m happy with the decision my sister and I made and I wish only the best for the Banks family. Thank you sir, from the Pyatt family.

My husband and I were recently introduced to Banks Mortuary. My cousin had passed and this was the funeral home she was sent to. At first I had no knowledge of this funeral home nor the owner. Initially we had used other service directors in the past with other loved ones. I was quick to revert back to the familiar that we had known with other loved one’s. After I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Sean A. Banks my mind was put at peace at his knowledge and expertise in his field. He has done a remarkable job for our family member and everything has been done with such a spirit of excellence from beginning to the end. I commend him for his professionalism as well as his personable touch to be there for our family at a time of such a loss. He made the entire transition smooth and everything was handled with much care for our loved one. We are honored and very pleased to have chosen to give Banks Mortuary the opportunity to serve us in a time of need. We’d highly recommend Banks Mortuary to anyone looking for their loved ones final needs to be met. Now we know who Banks Mortuary is and the services he provides.

The service received with this company was like no other I have seen before. This company does not provide assistance with preparing the order of service. The program had both a sermon and a eulogy. When the owner was asked why, he stated it’s what Catholic Churches do. My family is Pentecostal. When the pastor who was asked by the family to do eulogy called the owner to receive clarity he became very combative stating his lack of patience with the family and the calls he has received. Also during the service they left an empty easel with no picture instead of taking it down after realizing there was no picture. When they were called to do resolution and acknowledgements they intentionally stayed outside because they felt they were called to soon, although they heard their name being called. Providing a service one should be flexible and remain professional without causing an embarrassing scene. Towards the end they decided to do the acknowledgments, during this time the owner showed discontent as he stood in front, he stood with both of his hands in his pocket and head bowed to the floor. Unfortunately a family only gets one time to bury a loved one with no do overs. Very disappointing.

The owner of this funeral home is Rude and unprofessional!!!!! He stood up front mad ?with his hands in his pocket because he was called out for being outside talking and not coming in to do the resolution. I would never recommend this company!!!

They are about business...Perfection, Quality Service, Communication and Honoring the wishes of the deceased as given from the family. This company don't play around. when I say Perfection,I mean God is proud of. They know what they are doing and they given nothing less than the best to represent the family.
