Tried to get my cat in for an emergency visit today(Friday). Lady on the phone said there is nothing they will do far me today and it will have to wait will Monday or drive over and hour away to a different vet. Poor customer service and poor care about animals

I absolutely love the office staff and Dr DeGroat! They are very caring and loving to the pets they see daily! Very accommodating to ensure your pet is seen and treated. Recommend them over and over!

They were so awesome with my puppy and took care of him left with everything I needed! My puppy loves them and everyone there looked like they loved being there!

Excellent care, attention and follow up if necessary for your fur babies. Reasonable fees in comparison to other facilities. Very considerate by giving a written estimate of costs for those of us on fixed incomes.

Prompt, professional, experienced and patient. As usual, it was a pleasant appointment with by Mini Bull Terrier, Junior. I've never had any problems at Saunders since my first visit over four years ago. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They keep it very professional and are very knowledgeable about your pet's needs! The facility is nice and clean and organized. It was my first time taking my fur baby to the vet due to gut problems. I didn't have any problems or issues during my visit. They were quick in and out and cared for my fur baby kindly. Everyone is super sweet and kind. The only reason I didn't put that last star was because the doc told me I should neuter her, and I personally wouldn't. Although she did explain why which I appreciated. Thank You!

My 15 year old schnauzer died at an ER clinic 45 minutes away because the Saunders Vet clinic staff that was only 2 miles away refused to inform the vet of the emergent need for our dog to be seen. I would like for the vet to contact me about this since I can't get past the receptionist to talk with her!

Dr. DeGroat is a wonderful and caring vet. She is also a great person. Our pets: Rambo, Parker and Penny have received excellent care. Thanks to all of you, Dr. DeGroat, Jen, Laura, Beth, Sienna, Madison, Amanda ( and anyone I may have forgotten).

I took my 4 yr old Australian Shepard in for his yearly shots and check up. Saunders took great care of him and his report came back good.

IF YOUR GOING TO HAVE A JOB AROUND ANIMALS YOU PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE COMPASSION TOWARD A PET AND ITS OWNER.....YOUR PLACE ITS JUST ABOUT MONEY I WATCHED A LITTLE OLD LADY AND HER SENIOR DOG STAFF WAS AND IS RUDE NONE OF YOU UNCOMPASSIONATE PEOPLE SHOULD BE WORKING WITH PETS I GIVE A 0 IF I COULD THE WORSE?
