I was most impressed with the my tax preparer's thoroughness in preparing our return this year. She explained in detail what we were obligated to pay and why, as well as what we were eligible to receive and why. She proved to be very knowledgeable about the tax laws, she offered helpful advice, and she had a winning personality to go along with her expertise. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and look forward to working with them on our 2024 return.

What a clown show!! I could have done the same thing with Turbo-Tax. And saved the outrages fee!!Tax preparer didn't even know how to navigate the software.
