Spanish lady at the checkout was very rude, tried to buy cigarettes like I do every other day and she ID'S me, and I didn't have my ID because I have bought them many times before without my ID, and I clearly don't look under 40, and the 2nd guy in front of me bought 4 packs and she didn't ID him. But she was very rude about it. And I completely understand the laws because I work in a environment where I have to ID for alcohol, but if your policy is to ID everyone that buys tobacco or alcohol then do it, don't make your own rules up and do what you want. Be fair about it.

Closes at "9:00 p.m.", we rushed to the store to grab medicine for my son before they close... walked up at 8:57 and the employee wouldn't let us in. Disappointing lazy workforce.

I went today and it was very clean and tidy, I can say that it is the cleanest I have ever seen, the cashier was very friendly.

I like shopping at this location from the other two location in avonpark, we always spend between $100 to $200 every time we go. Its always clean, neatly and the Employees are nice, but please when the rest room is out of order put a sing at the entrance of the store. So like that when the restroom is out of service, one who has a health issue can go to the other store until the restroom is useful again.

This Dollar General always is nice and stocked, that's why I drive down to this store. The service is great and store is clean.

Store says they close at 9 o’clock and here I am at the store at 8:30 and they have the doors closed. This is not the first time this has happened I always have to go across town to go to the other one.

Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever seen from the supervisor lady. Not only did she refuse to sell me some trading cards, she raised her voice in the store, than started speaking in Spanish extremely obscene things, but I speak little Spanish and picked up on what she was saying and called her out on it. I’m currently on hold with corporate as well. I’ve never been so disrespected in Public before in my life. This goes for this dollar general only and not the employees. The lady supervisor up at the front. Absolutely appalled.
