“Jacobi (Administrator) has outstanding and caring service.
I love the attitude and speed. He has been alone the 2 times I rented my vehicle. There were multiple customers in the lobby prior my arrival. He also washes the cars and keeps the cars splendid sparkle clean (inside out). Like comon, please give him a raise or atleast a nice fat bonus.
It is hot outside. And he opens and closes often. He is polite and does his job correctly and with professionalism.
Avon Park can be a tough city because there are some real jerks and people with nasty attitude. I am a witness since l encountered many residents from the area. Jacobi wear multiple hats And a genuine hard worker. I greatly appreciate his servic. if it wasn't for him I would go to Hertz or Turo.”
