“Here is why 5 stars for me: Our car - 2018 Subaru Outback Insurance - a provider for Geico Claims Claims - Put to Geico as 2 claims and approved for 1 - Primary claim - front end impact to another car at a red light who hit her brakes to early and hard on a yellow light 2 - self-inflicted damage with a mailbox - side of car Service story: On the primary claim - we had a walkthrough on the nature of the damage, what would involve new body parts and what needed body work otherwise. This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. Closing Comment: They are professional, all communications left me feeling comfortable and they carried through with a promise of satisfaction on work done.”
