My truck was overheating so I took it in two individual times for repair, each time was told it was tested and nothing was wrong. Took it into a different shop in Sebring and they immediately detected the blown head gasket. This place will waste your time, you're better off going anywhere else.

The shop will waste your time. I brought my girlfriend's Toyota Tacoma to their shop overheating, they held on to it for four days I had to call them for the news that they will not work on the truck because there was nothing wrong with it. I take the Toyota to highlands complete auto and they knew right away what was wrong!

we had an appointment scheduled for 9 am , came in on time and everything . car didn’t get finished until after 1pm which is crazy because all the customers who came in after us got their cars worked on before ours ! they went on lunch break at 12 & everything before working on our car WHICH IS CRAZY because we came in a 8am

My son, dog and I were visiting local trails when we had a mishap with our car. I called this shop for help. Tim answered the call and agreed to help us get on our way. He certainly did. Scott joined the help when we arrived with the car. They got us on our way and ensured we were not breaking down on the way home. I could not be more grateful to these two men. They were so helpful to us and our dog in a crisis. There are good people in this world.

Said the problem with my car Was the radiator and the hoses. Five hundred dollars and two days later they said it was the water pump. Which it was probably from the very beginning. Eight hundred dollars later and four days I finally got my car back. Refuse to give me a break on the $800. Even though they fixed the wrong thing first. Very disappointing. We'll never go back.

We have no complaints on Bill Owens Sale's and car service. They Have treated my Family very well, we buy from Bill Owens and we take our vehicle's for service or repair's, when needed. The communication is important to us, which Bill Owens stands up to.

I was talking on the phone with the head Manger that owns the place and he answered the phone with an attitude, was really rude to me and even proceeded to hang up in my face twice. I am a loyal customer to them but after my phone call today I will not be returning to them. I hope no one else’s has to experience such rudeness.
