Went in today after being told "no" from all of the big dealerships, who either wanted way too much money down or just wouldn't approve me due to my credit history. I can’t put into words how excellent this place is. We took our son there today….just looking. But they got him in a nice truck with a payment lower than what he was budgeting for. We just bought are car from there. They are amazing. Our sales guy was George whitehurst. He was amazing. Best sales guy I have ever delt with. Strait shooter and not pushy at all. Highly recommend buying a car from him. We told him what we wanted and price range and he made it happen. Down to earth and over all just amazing.

I simply would like to acknowledge 2 very special people at Bill Owens. Mr. Hector Ramirez and Eric Kline. I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from Bill Owens Auto.
Hector is a very special salesman. He made everything simply easy and understandable. He also knew everything about the car and answered every question I had perfectly. While all of that was taking place, the GM Eric Kline made my life so comfortable with a no hassle closing and answered every question professionally.

Honestly, yesterday I went with little hope and I left full of unique enthusiasm since the staff, specifically the salesperson who assisted me, Mr. HECTOR RAMIREZ treated me in a unique way and together with his manager they gave me the opportunity to have my vehicle and the great treatment they gave me was unique I recommend it blindfolded because they are a team that goes for you and to get you out mounted on your vehicle.
