Highly recommend this dealership. My wife and I are from upstate NY and can't say enough about Ozzie our salesman and Alyssa the finance manager, both very professional and knowledgeable made the sales transaction no pressure and very smooth. My dad had a dint fixed in his door, and they pulled it out and painted it, blended it in, and everything. the paint job was horrible fish eyes and runs in the paint after he showed them the over spray they cleaned it up but he did not see how bad the hood looked and it being ruby red u can see it from a mile away.And his door does not lock now and we have a feeling that they ether cracked his tail light or changed it with another truck because it was not like that when he gave it to them.

Our experience was awesome. From sales to finance, every step was stress free. I would definitely recommend Bill Jarrett Ford to everyone.
We've had our truck for 2 yrs now and recently had to have it towed to the service dept. on a Sunday evening, because the starter went out. Janine not only used the points we had accumulated to pay the deductible, but then had the truck delivered to our house. I was beyond happy.

My wife (Debbie) had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended in a car accident. After reaching out to our local Cadillac dealership, we were directed to use the Collision Center at Bill Jarret Ford of Avon Park. We were so thankful for that recommendation. Dennis was able to get the parts ordered in a timely manner then the actual repair (body work and paint) was completed within a week. Dennis is very personable and professional. Dennis and his team at the Collision Center are certainly an asset to Bill Jarret Ford.

I needed an oil change and the mobile unit was sent to my location as I work full-time. I was extremely happy with the results as the workers were efficient and answered all my questions. I also had an occasion within the week to use their service once again and upon calling the service desk, I had someone out to my vehicle with 10 minutes. The service is fast and very efficient. I am so grateful.
