Bought 2 new tires 4 months ago. Had a tire blow out. They would not warranty the tire. Said I need to send 15 dollars a tire for road hazard. Said I was out of luck. Talked to a different tire shop that also carried the same tire manufacturer. They warranted the tire. 15 dollar money grab will never go to big t tire again.

$70 to change a headlight bulb. No bumper removal or anything. Just place hand under tire the man said, "Easy". Then gave me a $70 quote....

Very professional and couteous. Do not hesitate to bring your business here. I had a terrible experience at another shop in sebring. I came to see Jeff at Big T he helped me figure out the issue with my rear axle. Got it alligned and i even bought a set of tires. Phenominal experience. Will alway be my go to.

Gives quotes for repair .Only to then add labor cost after repair. ($130 per hour). So quote is extremely misleading. Would advise picking another who is up front on pricing.

Needed a set of tires put on as we noticed a nail in a back tire and all the tires were showing excessive wear. They had my size in stock and fit me right in. I was out in less than an hour. Thank you for taking care of me on short notice. The only thing that was missed is they did not reset the tires in the car settings, causing a low pressure light to come on after 50 miles. Easy enough to fix as there was no low pressure.

I went here to see how much two rear tires would be for my riding lawn mower..I brought the old tires and wheels with me. Just for the tires and installation $189.00 I was quoted. I thought that was very reasonable seeing I pay less for my automobile tires. Long story short. I ordered the lawnmower tires online. (two for $75.00 INCLUDED TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY TOGETHER.) glens surplus I googled. Hope this helps someone that just needs to mow their lawn and not drive cross country on the Craftsman.
