Hello, this is a long term Big lots customer who continually has had things sent to her email for extra bonuses and percentages off and never knew how to do it!
I bought a piece of furniture at Avon Park. There were two managers there on a Sunday. It was a good price, but the one Manager I wrote her name down can’t remember it sat down with me for almost a half an hour and showed me how to access. All of my coupons and percentages and then they helped me buy this furniture at a great rate!
I have never been in any store probably in the last 20 years or so when someone did this!
She also said when you use these coupons, realize this is the best deal in town since I left with my furniture. I have priced these little 20% specials $10 here and there and looked at the fact I can buy all my cleaning supplies my paper items cheaper anywhere else.
Thank you amazing young woman who is a manager at Avon Park. You should be moved up into the company supporting your clients the way you did it just amazing. Thank you.

Went in to buy the 10 x 12 gazebo in Avon Park, FL. Was not in stock but said to check Monday when their truck came. They thought it had come in when I called but when I got there they had made a mistake and it had not come in but took my name and phone number and said due to my trouble (I had been to the store twice) they would give me a $100 credit! Nice. The next day or two I got a phone call, that the manager had gone to St Cloud and had that gazebo on her truck. With a little bit of faith I asked if they could deliver it to our house as we do not own a pickup truck...and Faith delivered!! Literally!! The store managers name is Faith and she said it would be no problem and delivered it right to our house!! We are now enjoying the gazebo and can not thank Faith enough for going above and beyond her duty. Love our Big Lots store and the employees are great!

Workers need to get their stories straight. I was there yesterday to purchase some curtains and was told the truck will be in today but takes a few hours to unload. I came back at 3:30 the following day and was told by a different worker it takes days to unload the truck and curtains do no come on the truck - they come by Ups!!! When asked if they could order the item for me I was told I could go online and order myself: not very good customer service!!!
