Tipping should be a voluntary act of appreciation, allowing customers to reward exceptional service based on their individual experience. I believe in preserving the freedom of choice for customers and promoting fair compensation through responsible business practices. And I do not appreciate your condescending replies to hard working people of Brevard county. ..."""UPDATE"""...To those that feel I hold ill will towards the owner of Pizza Gallery and Grill .....…"I hold no ill will towards the owner, but I find it disheartening that some restaurants choose to pass on their responsibilities to patrons through the 20% service charge. It seems to undermine the spirit of dining out and the concept of voluntary tipping, where customers can personally show appreciation for exceptional service. In my opinion, it would be more fair and transparent if restaurants took direct responsibility for compensating their staff, ensuring a better dining experience for everyone involved. Let's encourage a system that promotes fairness and enjoyable dining experiences for all."

Got buffett. Soup was barely warm. Only one choice pasta and it was fettuccine. Had to ask girl get pasta. And put a 20% service charge on bill automatically. Won't

There was four of us and excited to try .Food was awful. Will not go back. I had the spaghetti seemed like it was just tomato paste added to the top with a meat ball. Husband did not eat but a couple bites of his dinner and said it was terrible. Sad .60 bucks wasted .

The food was excellent as was the service. However, the prices are super high and I did not like being forced to pay a flat 20% "Service Charge" or gratuity on my bill. I view the gratuity as a reward for good service. This place took that option away from me. I'll never go there again.UPDATE to the "Response from the owner"No sir, I vote with my dollars and like I said, I won't be going back to your establishment because of the service charge. I view it as a sneaky way to just raise prices.

BEWARE OF 20% SERVICE CHARGE ON YOUR BILLFood wasn't that good and it was cold the pizzas usually come out very hot.Bill came and noticed the 20% service charge on the bill. Told them to take it off and the manager came over with attitude. She says I will take it off this time. I said I won't be back next time. Pizza Gallery used to be so good. It's going downhill really fast. Save your $$$$$ and go somewhere else in viera. There any many restaurants to choose from AVOID this place.

The food was fantastic. However even though I am a good tipper. Prepare to have a 20% service charge added to your bill whether you like it or not. This local place is no longer on my radar.. to bad.

20% SERVICE CHARGE? AT A RESTAURANT? IM STILL GETTING OVER 4% CREDIT CARD FEE LOL. ANOTHER RESTAURANT ILL NEVER GO BACK TO OR RECOMMEND. APPARENTLY THEY DO THE SAME THING AT THEIR OTHER RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR. NEVER BEEN YET BUT NEVER WILL NOW.

The food and service was great. Food menu and drink menus is expansive. My only complaint is the added 20% service charge added to EVERY bill without being told that upfront. 4% of that goes to the business. Why am I paying a service charge after I just paid for food and drinks?

20% "service charge" mandatory on all bills, of which, the waitress only gets 16%. Piss poor of the owner to either be robbing his employees or his customers of that 4%. The tip I left was way less than normal because of that 20% charge. Will never go back as all customers are being duped. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU HAND YOUR CARD OVER!!!
