I've been in many Zara's across the world. I.eas shocked to.see how completely different this one was. Catered only to a Miami in fashion. I was so disappointed. I was really looking forward to seeing some good Zara fashions. But no.

GUYS! I over love the Zara at Aventura. Malik came to my rescue just in time for my Friday event. I had no idea how to shop for men's clothing, but he provided such excellent assistance that I was able to purchase all 5 tuxedo and pant sets. Matthew was incredibly helpful, and Solam's advice ensured I got the right sizing. I'm immensely grateful for making my shopping experience absolutely seamless. Thank you to Matthew, Solam (hoping I spelled his name right), and especially Malik! : D

Not too expensive but in my condition I can't afford to go inside this store with my wife. It is so weird but living in the USA gets more expensive. And the biggest problem is salary didn't grow so fast like a gas

Overpriced, cheap, mass produced garbage. Yuck!!!You can grab everyone’s attention with these ugly clothes.No way a plain white tee costs $40 and sparkling hideous jacket costs $200 (think Michael Jackson Billie Jean live performance).Who’s keeping H&M I mean Zara in business?The leather pants are sooo perfect for south Florida’s hot climate ?

Service sucks, I waited over 45 minutes for pants that were being retrieved from the back for all the managers to disappear and be non-responsive. After continuing to wait I was told no discount could be given I chose to wait I was made wait. The customer service is the worst.

Terrible customer service. If you’re not Spanish or Spanish speaking you get treated so poorly. I waited in line for the dressing room and nobody was helping guide people to open dressing rooms even though there were plenty open ones that I can see. I took it upon my self to just go to an open one and was immediately stopped and told I needed to wait. Once a Spanish person came, not even 5 minutes later she got to bypass the line and go into an open dressing room. Just a terrible zara all around.

I am a big fan of the fast fashion ZARA produces. I bought a few summer dresses and children's clothes and I have been very happy with the quality and design. This is a large ZARA and did not disappoint. The store was clean and the close are reasonably priced. I always find something to get whenever I am at ZARA. I will be back!

Cynthia who works on the second floor men's dept register waited on me on Saturday. She went above and beyond to help me find the size that I needed in the system. Although she was extremely busy and she had people lined up she still had a smile on her face this is truly what I call exceptional customer service.Zara Aventura

I was at Zara on Monday and Thursday (June 19-22) - there were constant queues. Today, on June 22, there were great discounts, but the fitting rooms were closed.It's frustrating that the staff suggests buying now, trying on at home, and returning if needed. Sorry, but that's a waste of my time.Zara used to be my favorite store in the mall. Now, I don't even feel like going there anymore.

Slow and Long lines to check out. Slow and Long lines to fitting rooms. Hard to find floor sales assistant. Bought items to try on at home and of course the quality is low. I gotta take back to store. The prices are 30-40% higher in America. I’m a global traveler and I’ll save any Zara purchases for when I am in Europe. Shopping there is pleasant while here in Aventura feels like a nightmare. I’m not biased just sharing my experience.
