I reserved online on a Saturday for the following Monday at 5 PM. They called early in the morning on the day of the appointment, stating the “groomer won’t be available at the time I selected.” What were the options? A little earlier or later? No… 10:30 in the morning! Or two days later! They clearly don’t understand the operating hours of a business and, moreover, who the customer is. If I adapt to their available (and posted online) hours, reserve, and pay in advance, why do I need to change last minute to accommodate their wishes to go home earlier? They are not cheap (you actually don’t know the prices until picking up your pet), and they are really fast to charge (they charge you $30 at reservation online), but they are not very keen on returning your money when they cancel. I needed to dispute the charge on my credit card after various attempts to contact them without a response.

We are extremely happy with Rebecca and the fantastic job she does with our dog, Bisou. Since puppyhood, Bisou has struggled with high anxiety, but I trust no one but Rebecca to care for her. She always shows so much love and finds ways to cheer Bisou up. As a mom of five dogs herself, Rebecca is clearly a true animal lover. I love your vibe, Rebecca! You're always smiley, happy, supportive, and incredibly professional. We love you!

From the moment we walked in ,, where we were received with such love ,, until we picked up our dog, the staff and Rebecca the head groomer were absolute magic.. ‼️highly recommend.. Wes trust nothing but the best and that means they have big hearts !! So delighted to have found Woof Gang Aventura … where dogs literally come for love and grooming from near and far..

We now have a new goldendoodle and of course we went right back to Woof Gang Aventura. Felicia does an amazing job with Hollywood and now we also used Woof Gang for his first dental cleaning. It was a success. He wasn’t put to sleep and in less than an hour his teeth were pearly white. This is truly a one stop dog groomer. Love this place!
