Just went to wild fork. The customer service was terrible. It was a tall African American man which did not greet or thank us for the purchase as if we were a bother to him.

I had a fantastic experience at the Wild Fork store in Aventura!
The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed.
The quality of the products is top-notch, with a great and amazing variety of fresh and frozen options that are perfect.
I was also impressed by the prices, which are very reasonable for such high-quality food. I stocked up on protein because I couldn’t pass up the chance to grab a variety of meats—beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and even seafood.
The customer service was outstanding—friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
Overall, a great shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Steaks are good, staff is nice, but the weight is overstated, very sketchy, see pictures:
1- A 1.02 lbs steak is less than 15 oz (should be 16 oz)
2- A 2.53 steak that is 37 oz (should be 40 oz)
They consistently short the weight by almost 10%.

I am so disappointed! With being new carnivores we thought this could be a great place to shop!
The NY Strips that we purchased were honestly horrible, my husband had two bites and could not eat another, I forced myself to finish a bit more and just had a freezer type old flavor, it was not pleasant and was tough too.
We tried the sausage with provolone this morning and the Wagu Grassfed burgers and again, NOT Fresh tasting what so ever! Sausage was watery!
I wanted to return the other meats that I had purchased, all solid frozen and they take NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES! Wow.
I will not be going back there again !

Exceptional customer service OMG! I have been looking for a meat market to get all my dogs food from because I make him home cooked meals. I live in the Aventura and don’t know why I never thought to come here. Not only do they have a great meat selection but the hospitality is not like typical Miami. Very very pleasant experience. I was helped by a man ( I wish I got his name ) who was so helpful! He bought me the chicken hearts I was looking for and showed me where other meats were. The lady checking me out was so nice!! She had dogs too & we had a brief, pleasant conversation. Whoever is doing the hiring, your discernment is spot on! You’ve hired an amazing staff & that is so hard to come by living in Miami. Definitely my new meat spot!

Buying meat here costs a pretty penny but its worth it for some occasions! At least you can chose them other than when you go to Josh's Premium Meats or Meat 'n Bone which I love both locations.
Wow they have a phenomenal selection of high quality meats, poultry and seafood. Freezer ready and vacuum sealed for freshness! Everything I've purchased hasn't disappointed not one single bit.
Excellent choices of steak, bison, chicken breasts, ribs, rabbit, octopus, scallop, smoked salmon, ground kangaroo, elk, venison and the list goes on!
If you have family or friends "vegan" their Plant Based Burgers which are sold in two pack are on point with flavors!
All items are separated in different freezers and are separated into sub categories which help tons. The selection they offer itself is amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the store itself was spotless clean.
Another cool system they have is their online ordering. Guys, I can't say this enough - don't think about it but you gotta check them out! The prices online are identical to their store pricing so in other words you're not overpaying. No hidden fees, no delivery fees, you can't even tip the drivers. Your orders arrive too on time and they come packed with dry ice!
Highly recommended!

My experience was not as my sister said it would be. I bought a skirt steak and A5 wagyu. The meats were so soft and mushy feeling throughout the pack, after cooking the A5 I was unable to enjoy my dinner with my family due to the texture and taste.. maybe sat out too long? Also the customer service was not too bad, but was not great either. hopefully i get to enjoy the skirt steak

Visited store for first time. Just needed to grab something to go with cocktails for a last minute dinner plan. I picked up a package of the Arancini and also a pack of the baked brie with apple chutney. First of all, there was no chutney, and both products were very disappointing, I was embarrassed to serve them. I followed the simple instructions exactly, but most of the filling of each oozed out into a gooey mess. I had heard some great things about the meats and was impressed with the selection, wanting to return this week for my two favorites- duck breasts and Veal scalloppini, but now I'm concerned if it was just the frozen hors d'oeuvres that were such poor quality or does that carry over to the meats also? Time will tell, but in the meantime skip trying their frozen hors d'oeuvres, you'll do much better at Trader Joe's!

I went to Wild Fork for the first time today and bought my Christmas pernil. Pedro was so helpful and informative. He showed me all of the different types of meat they have like venison, elk, bison, ostrich, etc. I even saw kangaroo…not sure about that though lol. They also have amazing steaks and seafood. Pedro set me up in their system and I definitely plan on coming back to try something new.
