I went to West M at Aventura looking for some stuff to repair my inflatable boat and Isabel was of such a great help, she was not in any rush to get rid of me. She was informative patient and knowledgeable. Sam the store manager was huge help as well.

Do not go to this west marine! Emilio the store manager is super disrespectful & didn’t let me return an item I just bought 2 days ago. I needed to return an item that I just purchased & they didn’t let me return it. The item was not the right size I needed and even though I told him this he told me I couldn’t return it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I pulled up to buy parts. I have my boat attached with me. They had a truck blocking the driveway for at least 20 minutes and we asked if they could move it just for a few seconds so we could turn around with the boat and get by and, the person in receiving completely lost his school and treat us like we were less important and we didn’t just buy a bunch of stuff from them

The second you step in it feels like you got to a Bass pro shops or a Home Depot with the difference of how attentive the employees are and in my case I was able to get great price thanks to Norman ?
