overall this bank its such a mess, i have 5 accounts and i will be closing all of them, i have been fighting for a 2,5k bonus when you open a premier account august 2023 and the said in 10 days will be resolve...... such lie why the bring people to open new account and they offer bonus and you never get it .....
sorry moving to another bank, its the overall the bank its a big mess and lie , and i have been with then since wacovia was founded in Miami.........

Always understaffed. Trying to deposit large checks is an issue because only 1 person from the branch can approve, and he takes vacation and lunch breaks. Hard to bank here.

The best bank to use. But if you are in Miami, these branches all discriminate on the basis of race. They don't like african americans and they don't hire any regular Americans. The security at these places is extreme and excessive. Way over the top, and to keep out "undersirable" customers, meaning customers who aren't loaded with Latin American business. These banks do not work well with women customers. They are just not in balance here in Miami. In Doral, they are suspicious of Americans who use their branches. Far right banks that don't want to deal with Americans. And have too much security to make them look like normal business.

super bad service, supposedly it is open until 5:00 and everyone unoccupied and from 4:20 they do not want to attend, they say only by appointment, how disrespectful to people's time

I was making a DEPOSIT on the ATM code 6462Y & that ATM kept miscounting my cash so I asked for my bills to be returned to me, the ATM gave me the bills back with the exception of $100. Then I took 20 cash out to see if when I got the $20 maybe it would also give me the money it kept & the ATM only gave me the $20 I requested. The ATM doesn't count money properly & when I made my initial deposit it was not counting properly. When I asked for my money IT KEPT $100. I wonder if this has ever happened to anyone else??? Then when I filed the claim they said they balanced the ATM & no extra funds were found, how convenient for them! It is very obvious that the person who balanced the ATM kept the funds or that the ATM simply is not operating well & kept my cash & who knows it may have continues to happens to other persons.
