I scheduled an appointment for a nasal swab to test for flu. Walked in 10 minutes before my appointment. Was told to wait in line. Waited in line for 30 minutes to have the pharmacist tell me there’s no one who can perform the swab today. I waited almost an hour for them to deny me service.
