Eros, one of their staff, was very knowledgeable on the ingredients of the supplements and its effects, helping me select the best product (I was in between two Garden of Life products). I normally buy my products online and check out their reviews... but when you're in between buying one or the other and both have too many ingredients to individually research, having someone knowledgeable on the effects of certain ingredients is very reassuring and saves a lot of time.
