I recently received exceptional assistance at this store. The staff here demonstrated remarkable professionalism, offering invaluable assistance with patience. I encountered an issue with my phone, and they swiftly and expertly resolved it; they are truly phone wizards. Their depth of knowledge left me impressed, and I believe their expertise deserves more recognition. I'll undoubtedly return to this location for any future needs. If it were possible, I would gladly award them 10 stars without hesitation.

I went in today because my iPhone was severely cracked on the back only and it wouldn’t charge. The young lady put my phone on a wireless charger and it was able to charge. I didn’t have insurance and an upgrade was going to cost over 500.00 dollars. I told them I have a phone at home in California that I would use when I got back home. They offered me a 50.00 wireless charger. I was thrilled. Thank you for your help ladies!! I should have gotten there names sorry!

“Anthony “at first when I went to the store I thought that they would not be able to help me, but this guy Anthony, he was able to find a solution to my problem and literally saved my life, since I had all the information in my phone and it did not work after a full recovery, also thanks Huge manager did not remember the name unfortunately , thanks

Just step out from the store , bought the watch this year and they never sink it to my phone , I came now to fix this because I was busy before and it was not urgent and they want to charge me $29.90 . Shame ! It’s your responsibility to pair my watch to my phone .

These guys are excellent. Had trouble removing two devices and lines that I no longer use plus I wanted to upgrade two lines/devices. Couldn't do it from my desktop using Verizons' website so I went to this store and they not only reduced my current bill by removing the two unused line and devices but then upgraded my account to an unlimited plan for the two lines/ devices that I wanted to keep. Came home, logged in, verified the changes were made and noted the monthly bill reduction. New upgrade at a lower monthly cost!!!! I have made this my go to store in the future. Awesome job

Anthony~ Went to the back of the store two times when I went in to buy the iPhone 14pro with the promotion that was clearly advertised on their website.Anthony did not honor the promotion and deliver customer service, and tried to sell me an iPhone 13 which I had no interest in buying. He said to me that is the only promotion to offer me. Never again going back to the store.

After being a Verizon customer for about a decade - maybe more - I decided to leave to AT&T solely because of the experience I had and treatment I received in this store last Monday, 8/1/22. Both companies can thank the manager, Barbie, for that. She should be a case study for what managers, sales people, and even customer service reps should NOT do

Came this store at 1130 still wasn't open and door says it should be open by 11. Called Verizon and they could not contact the store or provide any additional information. This is bad business.
