they don't value the client's time or their time as a potential client.

I brought a return package from Amazon, it was still sealed by the seller. But they also needed a box!
they refused to accept or I had to pay
I did everything possible and very quickly.
when I returned, at 7:03 they had already closed the doors and did not want to let me in.

In this place they charge too much for copies and shipping, plus two friends have been exploited by the owners of the place, in desperation to have work they put them on trial for a week and the owner of the place, a religious Jewish woman, does not pay them a single dollar. for the work of the week, but if she forces them to work quickly and makes them carry boxes more boxes, after using them she tells them no, they do not meet the requirements that she needs and she DOES NOT PAY THEM FOR THAT WORK WEEK. This lady should be reported for labor exploitation

I went Sunday to return a heavy box. That day there were only two ladies working (brunette and a blonde) the blonde lady is bilingual. I had to persuade them to give me like a cart or something in order to transport the heavy box, the brunette lady told me "Just bring the box on the counter and we will do everything here" I said to her please give us a tape and a cart because the whole thing will just fall apart. I told the brunette "Look I understand that you have had a long day, and you have a job to do but I'm being very sweet and patient with you...can we at least please have a cart, and we can tape the box here?" she said fine here is the cart I said thank you. We brought in the heavy box. Then I persuade her again to lend us a tape she said no their tape right there for $10" I had to tell her ma'am it's just tape. Then she calls in her manager a blonde lady I had to persuade 3 times for a tape. Then I suggested to please come and help us tape it at least. She did but the way she tape the box was as if she didn't want us at the store as if she didn't want to help us. The blonde lady then asked us to put the heavy box next to her register. In my head I was like you should help us but okay..then she said the driver won't take this box because it's too heavy......In my head I left like going crazy on her because after persuading to her over and over and making me put the heavy box on the table and then telling "no, we can't take it!" like really but I remain calm and collective. I took the package back to my car returned the cart back to the store. Before I left, I did tell them "I persuaded you over and over again for not" What I don't understand is what is the point of working there if you are not willing to get your hands a little dirty. The very next day I went to the UPS in Miami Gardens the experience that I had there was such a difference. A very nice lady came out with a cart help to us with the heavy box then we asked for the tape she literally said no need we do everything for you. Everything was done under 5 minutes. Whoever is the manager, or the general manager or district manager of the UPS store in Aventura...why do I have to go through do much unnecessary trouble when I was being with these two ladies calm, sweet and patient?! and don't just say "well just continue going to the one in Miami gardens because that doesn't solve the issue..
