I visited the Tory Burch boutique in the AVENTURA Mall today and would like to say that the employees are friendly and very engaging. The manager Whitney helped me with a situation regarding a previous purchase, and her level of professionalism was unmatched, and I left the store one very satisfied customer.

I would like to stop by just to mention the BEST CUSTOMER SERICE EVER WITH ALEX, that boy is EXCELLENT, he really helped me and not only I take a while to decide, he also had the biggest patience and honestly I could’ve find in the sales field. Alex made it very special for me.

The manger Luis santos is not helpful to African American. Sent my spanish friend and she was treated differently. Tory Burch will never get another dollar from me. I was told he can not change a shoe that was the same price. Never worn with my receipt.

service was really bad here. we went on 12/26 between 8:30-9:00pm to make a very simple exchange. the sales associate was very unwilling to help and basically rushed the entire process to get us out of the way, which of course resulted in a mistake being made. the manager was also very rude! she dropped our refund amount - that they were so reluctant to return - into my hand, including coins, without a single word... i’m sure they are much more gracious when they can make commission off of you.

I came to the store yesterday afternoon with my mother to purchase a bag and shoes. From the beginning the Hispanic woman at the front had a very bad attitude and the customer service wasn’t up to par. It seemed as if she was profiling us because of what we looked like or because she didn’t think we could afford the things in the store. She didn’t even want to help me find my shoe size and was giving us dirty looks the entire time making us uncomfortable. I’ve purchased many items from Tory but I will likely not return to this location
