Super unfriendly Staff. We wanted help looking at backpacks, but when I looked at the team members, they looked away and walked in the other direction. When we eventually got someone to help us, they told us they had a small selection of bags because they were out of season. The staff would do anything other than actually help you get something

Today at 7:30 I arrived at aventura mall specifically for this store. Though their website says they close at 9pm there was a handwritten sign saying they closed at 6pm which was completely inconsiderate. Please update your website if you close early on weekdays.
