I have to say, Freddy is honestly the best sales person I had the pleasure to work with. I walked in to the store looking for a gift for my future son in law, Freddy was SO patient, helpful, and kind. I had to come on here and do a review (I never write reviews) but I was really happy with the service and attention to detail.

Dropped off my watch to be sent for service and have the battery replaced today. I was attended by FREDDY who was EXCEPTIONAL. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He displayed that he is a HUGE asset for the Tag Heuer company. I would definitely return to buy a watch from him at any point.

Such a great experience. I visited the Aventura store several times undecided and John Barrero just let me take the time to make a decision without pressing or trying to sell just any watch. He had the patience to let me choose the right one. It is challenging when you have so many incredible options. I will definitely recommend this store.
