Cannot believe I cannot get an appointment with this Doctor. Try to switch to another doctor but I can't unyil Silver releases me. GOING ON 1 1/2 YEAR TO HAVE MY YEARLY thyroid checked. I If have cancer buddy it is on you Dr Silver!

This is my elder family member's primary. Peter says he's a great doctor but unfortunately miserably unreachable by phone.I am currently on my 8th call, 5 hang ups before answering, one answer with no person on the line, 2 times reaching the receptionist- both times she forwards me to a line that rings until it hangs up and she's sent me to 2 separate doctors when I simply asked if a message can be passed through. I called the main hub and they are trying to reach out as well.The doctors Silver referred him too has requested we confirm te appointment with Dr.Silver's office because they are impossible to reach. There is a virtual option, but Peter cannot use it bc of his loss of eyesight. This review is to request a change in your office structure as it is infuriating and impossible for everyone.

I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly by a doctor. I made a first time appointment for my son. After waiting for 3 months, we get there and the doctor had to cancel the appointment. They scheduled a new appointment for him 3 months from that date. They don’t care.I also had an appointment for myself since I wasn’t feeling well, I arrived to the appointment a few minutes later and although he knew was feeling very sick, he refused to see me. I was treated so bad and they don’t care at all. I will never go back there and I won’t recommend this doctor nor this place. They don’t care at all. All they say to you is” if you don’t feel well, go the the emergency”.

Not sure about Dr. Silver as I only spoke to him for 5 min. This office is ALL of what’s wrong with our healthcare system. Spend hours trying to make appointments, phone calls dropped, on-hold 15m then disconnected again, asked for a simple blood test appt and was told they’d call back. THREE weeks later they call back, left vmail but I cannot get back through the phone system to return the call and get a simple blood test (while I sit on hold and hear a recording of how easy it is to get same or next day appointments — such a load of lies.). WILL NEVER RETURN, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

omg. this Doctor is an angel on earth, he has been our family and friends pcp for over 10yrs or more, i haven't seen him in over 4 yrs now, because he dont accepts avmed insurance anymore. and i haven't chosen another pcp since. i am still hoping for them to stay accepting avmed again.?❤. Dr silver don't leave stones unturned

The worst experience I ever had in the doctors office. First of all, Dr. Silver walked into the office with a student and proceeded to examine me without my permission. I have never gave my consent for the student presence! I felt uncomfortable, uneasy and destructed!While examining and after, I have never received any feedback for any of the examination procedures.... ex.: " Your lungs sound normal". Nothing!!All of the questions were answered with either: " It's not my specialty" or with evident discontent. I feel like I have wasted my annual physical appointment and received no medical guidance or have a clear picture of my wellness. Dr. Silver failed to address my concerns and provided a poor medical treatment/consultation!Also, The visit summary indicates that the Prostate Cancer Screening was discussed.... it is Not true, no prostate examination or even discussion about it took place!I will make a complaint to my insurance as the physical examination was incomplete and in my opinion doesn't even qualify as an annual physical examination!

I’m completely over this Dr. I can’t get a simple letter to provide my employer after being out with covid. This guy had me schedule and pay for 2 visits one week apart just to ask for a letter. After all of that, he’s written the letter wrong 3 times. Shame on him. I’m not only finding another doctor for myself, but my 2 adult sons as well. Oh, and let me add I was on hold for the telemedicine appointment for an hour and 28 minutes and this guy didn’t even apologize for me having to wait so long. He acts like he can care less even while speaking with him. This is not the kind of Dr. I want taking care of me and my family!

Dr Silver is a great doctor. I really like him. He’s patient, knowledgeable and kind.However since he switched to mount sinai, a call center is in charge of his appointments and answering all the calls made to his office. The call center is terrible, giving wrong information and making errors. I’ve been given wrong information on two separate occasions.

Don't expect this doctor to care about his patience. Money, not proper care is what this doctor and his office cares about. If you want to be treated or diagnosed correctly, look elsewhere.

In my 35 years of seeing a variety of doctors, I have never met a more condescending and dismissive person let alone a doctor. He is not a nice or good person who should review the Hippocratic oath he took.

Disrespectful stuff. Ruined my day. I explained clearly why I need to see a doctor and they scheduled an appointment. When I came they informed me that I need to schedule tele appointment. I respect the rules, but why they didn’t tell me the day before?

Read this PSA please! I am an epileptic and also take a monthly injection which my sobriety &life depends on. This "doctor" (Silver) completely must have taken me as a joke, i went in and told him about my upcoming apps and the absolute NEED for updated referrals. I am 2+ weeks late on my injection. And will miss my Neuro app on the 03rd as well. His office staff is just as care free & ignorant as him. They also discriminate if you're not jewish, whispers DO echo through an empty waiting room. Im disgusted & screwed thanks to good ole Doc Silver! I feel humiliated & disregarded. NEGATIVE STARS.

Staff should have more empathy for the patients. Lots of patients waiting outside and no-one open the door before 8am. Then they treat you like you don't exist cause you said the wrong number of the insurance. I have been with dr.Silver for years.
