Walked in to pick up an order and the 2 girls standing at the door did not greet me. Just ignored me and kept talking as I stood there. I had to actually say “Hi, I’m picking up an order” for them to stop talking and help me, even though I was standing right there looking at them. Finally got my order and made my way over to the perfume section. The perfumes I actually wanted to smell had no perfume left in the bottle or the sprayer had been broken off? Please fix this. Also went to one of the stands to look at a cream and a perfume and one of the workers just stared at me and eventually walked away. Did not offer to help, even after she had just finished helping someone else. I get it though, the store was extremely hectic and is probably like this all the time. Most likely won’t visit this location again. It’s just too much. Feels like I’m in a zoo.

So I went today to pick out a couple of things I needed and I wanted to get a perfume, which is usually isn’t a problem but this lady wouldn’t help me at all and would just stare at her phone acting like I am just a little ant that she doesn’t care about. Also the testers are REALLY dirty but when I say dirty, I mean to look at all the “Drunk elephant” skincare brand which has bronzer mixed in with the moisturiser . And lastly, it was really crowded when I waisted on a work day.

Was able to get in and super easily. Had help from a Sephora sales rep to find the specific product I was looking for.

Some are not approachable, rude, and will not even talk to you to answer questions. Let me give you an example, I approached one and she just raised her hand & totally ignored me and walked away. One lady gave us the side-eye.

This is hands-down, the worst Sephora in Miami. The line has always incredibly long, and you can’t go two feet without somebody begging to help you. NO, I don’t need help…
I went in for a foundation and the person who was helping me was a givenchy sales person, who of course didn’t want to actually help me. They just wanted to sell me givenchy makeup. That’s fine if I’m shopping in THAT section, but I don’t want to be dragged through the entire store to be shown something “better” and 3x the price. He also didn’t know all of the information about the makeup, and another Sephora associate kept rudely and snarkily cutting in to correct him on details. I’m begging Sephora to kick out the sales people. It’s completely ruining the in store shopping experience. I need actual opinions, not a bias sales person trying to sell me the makeup that isn’t selling in their store…. Also, everyone here has an attitude :)

**LOVE THIS SEPHORA!!** Wow, I had a fantastic shopping experience at this store, from being greeted warmly at the front door to being helped by a knowledgeable and patient employee, Manny (I hope I am correct with their name). I was helped with everything on my list and even received some great recommendations. When I checked out, I received tons of free samples. When I was leaving, the greater remembered my name and offered me a well-wished goodbye. This is the Sephora brand I love—great job at Aventura.

I ordered for pickup and had to wait 15min for someone to attend to me. Meanwhile 5 girls are standing around the pickup stand gossiping and nothing is being done so they can’t even complain about being too busy. Will never order for pickup here again especially when you could just stand in line for the same amount of time.

I really don't understand the phenomenon of this brand and store. You see a lot of people in it with excessively expensive prices. I can't understand it but it seems to be a great success. I bought some things for my daughter and it cost a fortune, but I don't understand why it is so expensive.
Very loud music but I understand your audience will like it.
Lines to pay with a lot of waiting. If it had been for me, I would have left... but I was captive since I wanted to bring my daughter a present from here.
