I wanted to exchange a handbag back in September that my mom had purchased for me as a gift. I had brought it back within the month. My mom wanted to make sure Saul would keep his commission so she literally let him keep the bag at the store and told him her daughter would bring receipt to exchange. When I came in with a receipt to exchange for a different bag he insisted I needed to FaceTime my mother… my mother was not available. He told me he would try to locate a new bag, since it was the only one left - he never got back to me. Fast forward months later the handbag’s price increased in November - when I finally was able to make it to Aventura Mall ( I barely travel to this area) I had to pay almost double the balance for the new bag I wanted - and this time his manager didn’t need me to FaceTime my mom. Incredibly unprofessional. They just lost a potential great customer.

Worst experience, terrible customer service, we just want to make an exchange and they put excuses in order to do not do it.The manager could care less about a customer at a type of sore where you should expect the opposite.

A very easy straight forward experience. The store is on the smaller side but adequate with a good selection of bags, SLGs and shoes. There was quite a wait because of the numbers of people allowed in store at a time. My sales associate was Dennis and he was courteous, efficient and engaging.
