Very bad attention, on the part of the SANDWICH Orders online ??? I always order online and they never give it on time THE DAY OF NOW I placed an order at 10:50am and it had to be ready at 11:20am it arrived at 11:30am and it wasn't ready, they have to take the orders in order of arrival and THERE WAS A LADY LAUGHING BECAUSE I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER I had to tell the manager to please cancel my order because I didn't want it anymore. ???? unpleasant service, unpleasant coordination, unpleasant handling of products, because they never have whole wheat bread ???? Now I'm afraid of losing here in this Publix, because I'm afraid that when they see my name on the order they'll put something on it, and then it will hurt me???

It was 9.00 on Saturday. The lines are long at deli and hot foods. There is not enough staff. There was no one at the seafood area. No one in fruits and vegetables. Luckily, I found one nice person in dairy. In the age is self check out maybe they need robots throughout the store for service questions. As a disabled person, Publix which was known for being service oriented has become a contactless shopping experience.
What is the deal with the recycling bags? They are too small. It’s obvious there was no market research done there.
Does Publix have managers anymore?

Publix are always so great on the inside and have a display the things my family really enjoys. They have a great selection of healthy food options.

Absolutely terrible experience. I set a pick up order for 4:20 PM, to get there at 4:25 with it not ready. Then to sit there another 15-20 minutes while the ONE person making subs is helping other customers. I work at Aventura mall so my breaks are timed. I do not have time to sit around while this place is understaffed. Along with my checkout experience was terrible. I had already paid for the sub online but I wanted to grab a drink and I told the cashier that I had already paid for my sub and to just place it in the bag with the drink for me. She looked at me like I was stupid and pointed that the receipt for the sub says “paid online”, basically saying she can read. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very bad experience, they treated me very badly. Mrs. Olga from the cold cuts sector was very aggressive and treated us very badly.
In the bathroom area, when my nephew entered, the lady who was there was very aggressive with him before entering.

Nice store but I'm finding prices are higher on some items than those just outside of Aventura. I now shop only at the locations in North Miami Beach. Don't want to over pay just because it's Aventura.

Honestly how can you be happy with the price of everything keeps going up..mark up plus inflation..central banks printing money out of thin air then charging you tax on top of tax and interest...going the wrong direction for a long time ⌛️...

Today's Dan Lastima managers are dark women, both of whom allow themselves to be bribed by a man who defrauds older people of their properties, boycotting their lives and putting them in danger wherever they are. Managers don't like it when people enter the supermarket dirty after work, they have to be perfumed. Honesty stinks to these people while evil and bribery enter and are lodged in their hearts. Being a manager requires sensitivity human with great preparation to be able to delegate with all types of people without being attacked, verbally abused and disrespected in front of other people. Publix is a supermarket where people spend quite a bit of their salary to be treated and abused badly by these two women. They should focus more on having a cafeteria with more products and with people who want to work harder... Like, for example, 20 pieces of toast for a demand of 100 people... They have to spend energy on that, not on humiliating and mistreating the customers of this place. Workers with the ability to treat consumers correctly and satisfactorily... Not with bad answers or homely manners and being bribed by a criminal to harm honest people in their daily lives.
