It was my first time at a Psycho Bunny store and my introduction of the brand was helped by the amazing Yajaira. She was so helpful and assisted me with all my random questions. She also made sure that I properly tried on every item to gauge my proper fit. She was also very knowledgeable about the brand and encouraged me to return to the store for their next drop. I will be returning to this location in particular because of her and the amazing staff. ???

The worst customer service! one pays a high priceFor a polo shirt which comes out with damage and even so I tried to change it for another style, which they did not allow to change it! The Store manager is arrogant and annoying, letting me see as if I had not bought the item I wanted to change! I think I will never go back!
