It’s Monday morning at 10:50. I called several times this morning and no one answered. I arrived here and asked if the notary is in, I was told no & that “he usually comes in from 11-4”. I said the sign on the door says Monday-Friday from 10 - 4. I was nonchalantly told the sign is wrong. Then when I stated I called several times this morning and no one answered, I was again nonchalantly & unapologetically told “oh, he’s normally here from 11-4”. I waited outside and called the front desk again at 11. Surprisingly my call was answered this time. I asked if the notary was in and he responded “oh yeah, he just called me a couple of minutes ago and said he’s not coming today”. Poor poor poor.

I have been using this place for some months now and their services are top notch. They have a virtual mail box service and it has made my life much easier. I would also like to point out one person who went above and beyond to help me out, Alex the manager. He really went out of his way to help and is the reason I will stay with them for the long term.

I would give no stars, if it were possible. I arrived at the store at 1:36 pm on a Saturday. The store closes at 2:00 pm. There was no one at the front of the store. After waiting a minute or two to see if someone would come from the back I called out hello. I told the young man who came out I wanted to print a document, which was 230 pages. He responded that they were out of paper. Out of paper? How are you in the business of printing documents on paper and not have any paper? If he would’ve said look we close at 2pm and I’m ready to go home. I don’t want to start a “big” job now. That would’ve been more acceptable than saying we don’t have any paper.

I sent a package and cost me well over $150.00 and was promised 3-5 days delivery it's been weeks and it never got there.They don't answer their phone when you call either. So there is no way to claim. On top of it they were rude and unhelpful when I had to seek shelter inside their store when one of their Amazon and USPS delivery people gaslighted me yelling at me when I asked the USPS driver to please move her (illegally parked) white unmarked vehicle from behind my parked car so I could get out. Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people"They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive.When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs.Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

The best notary I have ever been to. I never thought I'd say that going to get something notarized was actually quite enjoyable. The owner of the store was so incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about his work. They genuinely care about getting whatever it is you need 100% figured out. We were in there for like 5 minutes as well. I highly recommend!

Very rude the Onwer or manager ask me to get out the store with my kids because he don’t want kids running around inside the store they were laughing playing and being kids no touching nothing and not bothering nobody . Thank you for the worst customer service .
