My glasses were not aligned properly. I took them to the store yesterday and they're shipping them to my house today. So fast and easy! Really appreciate how nice the staff was to me.

I love my light wire frames that I purchased at Oliver Peoples in Aventura, more than 4 years ago. I visited the Aventura area from the Caribbean from Sept 7th. I went back in to the store on my 1st day and explained to Charlene that my prescription glasses was less than 1 month old and that I was seeing well but that the new plastic frames from home were digging into the side of my nose leaving a dark mark. She examined my new frames and advised that the issue was that the 'key hole' nose piece was the issue and NOT RECOMMEND for me. After exploring my options, I agreed to have my old wire frames updated with my current progressive prescription. I chose transition lenses so I could use these in the daytime outdoors in the Caribbean. The usual time to get new lenses is 2 weeks but Charlene and the rest of the team at Aventura kept in touch with the lab and Voila I collected my glasses today, Saturday, 1 day before I head home tomorrow. Well done Oliver Peoples Aventura.

I recently bought my sunglasses for an adjustment and Madeline assisted me, she was very thorough and even gave me tips on how to do minor adjustments when I’m not able to come by the store. I really appreciated her helping me and taking the time to teach me. My frame is delicate and I like it adjusted a specific way! She even helped my partner find a new frame. We received exceptional service just kind and knowledgeable.

Charlene was great, you can tell she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to glasses. Came in to adjust some glasses and ended up buying a new pair I love.

The last Saturday June 18, I went to fix one prescription glass OV5186. The guy told me even without check the glass that it is not possible repair and Oliver People wasn't doing that model. He didn't hesitate to show any effort for help. At the end was a lied because Oliver People is still doing that model. Terrible costumer service, lazy people.

Staff is very polite, professional , caring, attentive to details and strives to please the customer. They fixed my frame for free and I purchased a beautiful case.
