“This is a branch located within a cross of residential and commercial areas in Miami. If you need to make a quick deposit at a teller, this is not the bank for you. With that being said, Lucy, the Teller at Business Clients is always a dream. I have never once had an issue making deposits, withdrawing money, or any other services required for the Business account. Yes, the Tellers take their time making deposits as they need to ensure everything is correct - they are Federally responsible for my money and yours! People leaving negative reviews have no concept of the responsibility of the Tellers and Bank Managers! If all the rude people left, then there would be no lines!”

“Their Private Client Banks are OK but not quite Swiss in nature. I tried to take some pix of this new branch and an idiot came rushing out and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, but we do not allow cameras in the bank." What a joke! This location has "new car smell" and some very helpful machines on the floor of the bank where you expect to find a teller's booth. Mercy me, should I alert the Bank Teller's Union?”

The automated check-in process was easy, two easy steps after scanning the QR code located on top of the table. The system showed me how many people were waiting and my number on line. There was many other customers that had made appointments so the waiting time was about 30 minutes. I was assisted by Miss Nicole, a very elegant distinguished and knowledgeable banker. She was not only courteous but also very professional. I requested information about the new bank products and my concerns, she helped me and assisted me in a very efficient way. During my wait I noticed there were only two tellers available but they were very friendly and attentive to all customers!”
