I have had several items altered here. I think it just depends on who does the alterations. A couple items turned out great. A couple items had to be redone. One tailor said they do not do zippers, another person said they did. It seems like there are a couple tailors here dedicated to their craft and another person who is just not. If you are not satisfied with the work provided, they will redo it an no extra charge. It does seem like this store takes longer to return the item back to me compared to Boca. Maybe this store is just busier. All in all, I do recommend Nordstrom for alterations. They also do alterations for clothes from any store.
