Full house, so I was there a bit too long for a badly strained ankle. But the staff was all extremely helpful and kind and made sure we stayed warm. They gave me crutches and a bandage and were polite, regardless of the time it took to get to me. Very clean as well. Thanks!

I went I recently visited the Sinai Emergency Department and had an excellent experience. The staff was attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Despite the busy environment, they were efficient and thorough in addressing my concerns. I felt well cared for, and doctor Catapano, nurses and tech demonstrated great expertise and compassion. I am grateful for their quick response and exceptional care during my time of need.

Exceptional ER Experience with Dr. David Schillinger
I recently had to visit the ER at Mount Sinai Aventura, and I was fortunate to be treated by Dr. David Schillinger. He is truly an amazing doctor—attentive, fast, and incredibly efficient. Typically, ER visits mean hours of waiting with little communication, but my experience with Dr. Schillinger was the total opposite.
Despite having a number of tests and scans done, he still managed to make me feel like I was his only patient, even though I knew there were others he was attending to. His ability to process all those patients in a timely manner while staying informative and compassionate is something other doctors should take note of.
Dr. Schillinger is not only kind and funny but also extremely effective. I was in and out in record time without feeling rushed or neglected. His service was much appreciated, and he’s definitely one of a kind in the Mount Sinai Aventura ER. Thank you, Dr. Schillinger, for your exceptional care! ?

Today I had a consultation in urology suite 250 with Yara Cabrera of whom I have nothing bad to say, excellent professional, congratulations for that, but the poor rating is because the girl who is at the exit of the consultation is the one responsible for scheduling and scheduling the next studies or appointment is the ultimate lack of respect and not at all professional. When I got to her desk I asked her to please have someone help me in Spanish and she was rude telling me in English that she was sorry that she didn't speak Spanish instead. To seek help I had to ask the nurse who greeted me upon my arrival and even the doctor herself, but at all times the secretary acted in a very bad way... she had to call radiology and I asked the girl on the phone to help me. and she was quite rude to her too... people like you should not work in such a prestigious institution because she certainly never passed the customer service courses... she is in the wrong job... my primary doctor is from Mount Sinaí medical center adventure too and I have never had such an unpleasant situation and even less in the medical area as a patient... analyze the staff... the rest are the nurses, doctors and top quality facilities good afternoon

Went in on Thursday for minor procedure per my doctor who sent me there. had to pay my $350 co payment which is fine…. They tell me to go again today for follow up/removal of pack/gauze… and yes they charge me $350 again… they would not see me and I could not go anywhere else cause no one else would touch it!!!! Stuck having to pay them $350 …for not even 10 minutes!!!! so unreasonable and unfair and can see they only care about the almighty dollar and not helping their patients. If they require a follow up they should not charge again to remove the pack/gauze!!!!

The worls hospital, special radiology, my MRI was performed June 18th, I loss my appointment with my oncologist, June 24th due to my results was not ready, according to the hospital they don't had a radiology, is insane for a sick patiente. I will never going to that hospital, normal y this take 24 hours to 48. My insurance call today& they say ,we are going to do our best to get this done in 48 hours.

Rosaliz O Horrible surgery coordinato/manager never responds on my chart never returns my call back regarding when will my surgery date be and other questions I need answers for. the people who work at front desk answer the phone make you repeat yourself multiple times just to hang up . I’m very frustrated With the type of customer service and how they treat their patients. Horrible do not come here and Rosalie is supposed to be a manager at the Miami Beach or Aventura location and she Doesn’t do her job nor the she care about contacting her patients in a timely matter I still haven’t heard from her and I called 10 times today. 3rd time I called they said she would call back in 1 hour never called I called 2 hours later i was told she would be calling in 10 minutes never called , I called 3 times after speaking with 2 people when they transferred me to her she answered and hung up and I had to call back 2 more times to still get no update or response .

It's definitely a five-star experience! I had an appointment for an ultrasound and spent only 20 minutes from arrival to departure. This is a high-quality medical center that values efficient service. Highly recommended!

The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The Nurse, Phlebotomist, and Physician were attentive and amazing. The wait time to be seen by the Physician was impeccable. Last Monday the 15th at 1 pm I attended an ultrasound of the arteries and veins of the legs, I was attended by the Technician Juliana, I want to highlight, a great person, an excellent human being and very professional, I left there with total complacency and thinking that People like Juliana, with love for their profession and their neighbors, should exist more in the health sector. They deserve less than a one star. Nobody in the waiting room. They put me into the exam room in about 10 minutes after arrival. Then I waited for an hour before leaving. Nobody came to see me. The place is pretty dumpy. I asked the intake lady to delete me from their system and make sure not to bill me for anything. Horrible experience. I suggest you STAY AWAY.
