I ordered a pair of sneakers on line & when I received them they where a half size to big for me. so i reached out to michael kors in my area and that's when I had experienced the exceptional customer service which was provided by Andres the gentleman on the other end of the phone, i explained my situation & he was totally understandable and suggested that I came to the store in person to see if he can locate the sneaker i wanted in my size, from other stores, Miami, pembroke pines, with no findings i choose a sneaker that was in store that was on sale with an additional 20% off in my size I tried them on and i was satisfied. I once again want to thank Andres ? & staff at michael kors Aventura mall for going above and beyond customer service, I will definitely recommend & i will definitely revisit.

I was at this Michael Kors location and my intention was to try a few items on. I had been to Aventura Mall a few weeks back and was super excited to see they were opening a Michael Kors location at the mall. I went in and tried on a few pieces. I looked over and saw the store clerks were looking at me try on pieces. The happy mood that I had subsided. The energy of the store clerks was palpable. I noticed they took a specific interest in my friend and I while other shoppers came in. Two attendants both intently stared while I tried on different pieces. Even though my friend and I noticed, as the staring persisted, I started to feel uncomfortable. Shortly after, we decided to leave.I've been to other high end stores at the Design District and the clerks were more inviting and willing to help. As excited as I was for this Michael Kors location to open, I no longer intend to return.

They didn't have nothing that I looked for so I went to another store and spent my money, but the older women that worked there didn't help me nor acknowledge me either.

I wish I could give this store a zero. Very poor customer service very discriminatory. I would rather shop online. I would not recommend this store. Its a shame as the managers and associates do not reflect michael kors values.

Every time I walk by this store it's empty. Maybe it's the vibes. I purchased an MK gift for a friend. I never shop at MKors, usually the outlet at sawgrass, as they always have great sales and the sales help is usually super friendly and helpful. Dereck the manager at sawgrass is also awesome. . Liz, here at MKors refused to let me chose another item. My receipt states I purchase the bag in West palm beach. So she suggested I go to west palm. She said she would speak with manager when I told her I spoke to corporate and they instructed me that any "lifestyle" store would assist me. Dereck at sawgrass recommended I go to Pembroke Pines. He called the manager. I went there it was closed due to covid. So I went to aventura mall. Liz refused to allow me to exchange the bag. I never heard of buying anything from a major corporation and being told to go to the original store. I still have the bag. They refuse to return it. It had a stain on it which I had not noticed and that's why I am returning it. They don't even stand behind Their product ! Will never ever purchase anything from M Kors ever again!!!

Very unprofessional managers, they no want speak with customer, they don’t hear you, don’t want help. At this store not respectful attitude towards the customer. First time ( 09.17.2020) I come for return my handbag from online order, and manager told me she don’t take return in store, I have to send it back. And manager don’t want help me with anything, I told so I want buy another one more expensive in her store, she just left. Thanks another associate Eric help me, his very friendly and helpful. After this visit I call customer service MK and they told me manager supposed to do return in store if I want. Another day ( 09.19.2020) I come back and another manager same thing don’t want help and no answer for my question, it’s like manager this store can do whatever they want! Company need do some training or change management. I prefer never come back to this location MK store.

I went here last week with my mom and had a great experience! Eric was super sweet and very helpful. He assisted me with ordering a pair of boots that were no longer available in the store and he helped my mom pick out a very cute purse and matching wallet. There was another employee there who was so nice and helpful as well and helped my mom pick out a pair of shoes, but I unfortunately was not able to catch her name because she was helping other customers when we were leaving out. I received my boots yesterday and I love them! I hope you guys continue to employee genuinely friendly and helpful employees!
