I recently experienced one of life’s greatest joys—I became a dad! As a gift for my newborn son, I thought it would be meaningful to get him a Rolex with his exact birth date, which he could treasure and wear at his bar mitzvah one day. It’s rare to find a watch marked with the specific date of birth, and I was thrilled when I shared this idea with Veldina and Andrea at the Mayor’s in Aventura.Much to my delight, Veldina and Andrea went above and beyond to make it happen. They offered me a Datejust 41 with a Jubilee bracelet, a fluted bezel, and a stunning blue dial—the exact model I wanted. I couldn’t be more grateful to them for this incredible gesture. My experience at Rolex was in one word Amazing! My salesperson was Patsy, she was extremely kind and knowledgeable. What I loved most was her honesty. She saw me waiting in the line and came to get me she showed me all of the watches I was interested in. Afterwards she put me in the interest list. Three weeks later I got the call.
