Disappointed with the quality of service at this location. In fact there isn't even any service, especially in the men's sports apparel section. The store is almost always extremely understaffed and if you do decide to come and shop at the men's section don't expect to be helped. There's absolutely nobody to help out when looking for a particular size, and even if you're lucky enough to spot an employee who's passing by they refuse to help. It's almost like nobody here at this store wants to work for their money. It's such a shame especially that this store has a lot of great products but combine that with a lazy and unhelpful staff team and it just kills the whole vibe.

I am frequent customer but this review is for the bathrooms. The bathrooms, which for the 9 years I've been living in Aventura have been the worst quality I've been to, worse than a gas station, worse than a porta potty at a music festival, worse than a fast food restaurant. I am at Aventura mall at least once a week and I have been to bathrooms in JCPenny, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, and the mall bathrooms throughout the halls/shops. Macy's - for 9 years, you have had broken sinks, toilets, toilet paper dispensers. You have mold and water damage on the floors and walls. The quality of toilet paper is the worst and cheapest you can possibly get. It hasn't change since the first time I wandered in there. For 9 years - you have failed to upkeep your restrooms and it shows how little effort there is for the customer. The sales associates and custodial staff can only do so much. UPPER management - this is your call to action. Your bathrooms are shameful.

2-11-22 Friday evening Came here on a Friday evening on a mission to find my husband a shirt, tie, and slippers. I looked for the department in the first floor and remembered they hide it on the 2nd floor with the bedding and luggage. Probably knowing you would need these items so you have to work for it. Once you get upstairs easier said than done on where to find a dress shirt and ties. Ok finally found a dress shirt would be easier if they didn't merchandise by brand. I don't care about the brands at this point only the color and sizes. I get a shirt in a matching color to my dress that I had with me. The tie was easier since I had the shirt and dress to compare. Than I asked a sales associate where the slippers were. Picked out a pair at 40% off and went back to the only sake's associate on the floor to ring me up. I got $10 in reward points that were not available until the next day and will expire in 30 days. Nice sales ploy to get you back I suppose. So after I pay for everything and get to my car I realize I forgot dress shoes for hubby. Oh well I will try another store tomorrow for those.

I like shopping at this Macy's because it is always clean. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Nice selection of merchandise as well.

I really like the Macy's women's and men's stores. They are both neat and not messy like the Macy's nearbwhere I live. I especially like the home and bedding section of the men's store. They have major brands with a lot of variety in bedding. I was looking for a new comforter and had lots to pick from. The women's store has a lot of nice clothing. The fitting rooms have been remodeled and are very appealing. I just wish there were more of them because I find myself waiting too long for a room if I am there on a weekend. I also love the cosmetics department because this store has a lovely Lancome counter. They are always stocked with what I need. The sales associates are always helpful. A bonus is the women's store has a nice Starbucks in store which is very convenient.

I remember back in the day when Macy's was all that and a bag of chips. Today it reminds me of JCPenney. They have simply lost their luster. The people who work there could give a damn if we're shopping or not. You have to beg somebody to check you out. Mr. Macy would roll over in his grave if he knew what has become of his store chain. It's a great lesson in life when a person starts a business with his own vision and he takes it to magnificent levels such as the Macy's day parade, and corporate America comes in with their brilliant new NBA is fresh out of college who think they know more than their original founders, change everything and at the end of the day what was before is no more.

terrible service. Bought an expensive leather recliner. Electric part to lift legs broken within a year. We called for warranty repair. They made an appointment to fix on a certain day and we waited all day and they never showed up. Super unprofessional. Now they say they can't come for another week and repair could take 3 mos. totally unacceptable never buying furniture from Macy's again

I bought a mattress here from Peter in the mattress department obviously, Everything went well the mattress is still holding up, the delivery was good, the sales experience was great I have no complaints

Unable to pay for my items no one was helpful in the women store . I tried paying at 2 different cashiers. Got frustrated and left . Not coming back customer service at clothing sucks . I'm a resident in the area come here frequently you need to train your new staff on how to treat customers. I always get excellent service at the perfume store section . Train your staff .

I love Macy's. This location store is big. We purchased very nice Versace watch, good deal 25% off for Mother's Day. Limited collection as well. Kerry was helping as. She was very helpful and nice!

I love Macys. But this location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Every time I come pick up my order I see an empty desk, than if someone comes to the desk they just walk away like the line with customers doesn't exist. Something has to be done, can management just look at the cameras and do something about careless behavior of their staff? How these people get hired if they don't know how to pull up the order and press Enter button?

There is a woman who works in the men's athletes department named, Irina. Today was my second time being helped by her and she truly went above and beyond for my family and me. Between her lovely attitude and determination to help me find what I was looking for, she truly made my shopping experience a great one. Thank you, Irina!
