Love the quality and detail in your work. However, former employee Jose Suarez ruined my career. It sad what former employees can do to a brand based of using their former experience to get new career as director. How does call center sales rep become director of cannabis industry! I would advise no communication with Jose Suarez and expose his lies. Why jose terminated and his employment verification. Unfortunately this my way to informing the customer service department.

I came in only to buy a small accessory but was quickly assisted and the SA was very nice and helpful.
The store has a large selection, and the prices are consistent with those online. I’ve had bad experiences with other LV stores, even while buying bags, but this one was great!

This is the most honest and transparent review that anyone can read.
Listen a few weeks ago I was very upset about a situation I had with one worker at this site but honestly there is still people that care and listen to customers.
Elise Fromularo Store manager took her time to Time to call my wife and hi to resolve all our needs and concerns.
Because of this I want everyone to know that she is an amazing manager.
Just for her taking her time to call us and solve the problem I will continue to buy and trust Lous Voitton brand.
I want all the executives at Louis vuitton that having a manager or a director that truly cares about the needs and concerns of a customer is just pure diamonds ? in a company.
She cares and she loves what she does...
She is just pure diamonds in this company because she stands by the brand and does what she needs to make the customers happy.
The customers will continue to come and spread the word.
I have my own business and I appreciate good people like her.
God bless this woman with her daily efforts to do what she does.

I have been at LV Aventura recently and was very disappointed by the way they treat their clients ☹️☹️☹️
Sale associate Samyah simply ignored my friend when she asked her to show the wallet she wanted to purchase. She was looking at me not friendly and judgmental.
Also I’ve never seen anyone so much unprofessional as the manager Josue, who was acting not like a piece maker, when my friend asked him to report the damage of the purse into their system. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. This is definitely not the level of LV. I was better treated at Walmart than in this luxury store. I don’t recommend Aventura Louis Vuitton. Very bad attitude and atmosphere. There is only one person who was extremely sweet and respectful to me and apologized for their service and his name was Michael. So five stars to him and zero to the manager Josue and Samyah?

The most horrible service I ever had. The manager Josue was extremely rude, when I asked him to report the damage of the purse I’ve recently purchased. He said “You don’t have to tell me what to do”. Even my 8 years old daughter was “impressed” with such an attitude.
His partner Samyah was acting the same way or even worse because she was looking at me like judging me and when I asked her to please show me the wallet I wanted she just ignored, asked another associate to do that for me and she just left.
This is not the way LV should go about all the time clients. I am the customer of LV for 15 years and have a lot of staff from that brand. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION ??????????????
